I am looking for PIN ll- do we know where to find this? I am doing homework....cannot find anywhere! I did find CIN ll which is 622.12........

disneyworld -- I used to me an ICD-9 coder for 25 years. I've been on disability for seven years. My coding skills have gone to heck. CIN ll female gynecology. I don't have an ICD-9 coding book anymore. I know it's all computerized now.

Any other ICD-9 coders out there?

yes, I have the book right here ICD-9....but for the life of me I cannot find PIN ll
I have CIN ll as 622.12 moderate dysplasia of cervix....
I Looked everywhere in my coding school

I was also having trouble with Paraurethral suspension utilizing Pereyra Suture...I have the Para-susp, as 59.6 ...but cannot find pereyra suture!(this has to be procedure...not dx)

that is the problem.....I am doing homework, and the only thing they gave me was the PIN II! I have even looked page to page in my ICD-9....and you know how thick that is!!

Are you planning to use your coding in doctors office or hospital setting?
I used mine in a hospital for 25 years.

not to sure yet Mary....I have been told to go to a hospital. But my Prof. in Coding has her own buisness, and she offered to take me on! I will be done with my first semister in May...I am off one week then I take CPT-4....over the summer then 5 classes in the fall.then done! I really seem to like it!
as for my PIN....thanxs for your help, I will find out tomorrow..........

Yes, at 2am I got bored and did a search on the DIS for "coder."

It's a small world - I'm an inpatient coder.
