Anyone hear of a power problem at Epcot Tuesday?

My brother-in-law just called, said they went to Epcot yesterday and the rides were not operating and there wasn't any airconditioning in buildings. They went to guest services to try and get a refund, and were offered tickets to MGM instead. He said there must have been 30 people in there doing the same, as well as a very abnoxious guest making all sorts of demands! Does anyone know if the problem was corrected later in the day?

I hadn't heard anything about this. I imagine they corrected the problem.
