Anyone having trouble with DCL website

Anyone having trouble retrieving their reservation on the DCL site. For the past week I've been getting, ooops, we are having trouble with our site, please call for your reservations. Or something to that effect.

I cant get a quote using my regular internet. I have to have DH sign in to his work internet and that allows me to get a quote. I have no idea why!

Wow, I'm glad to hear it's not just me. This has been happening to me for the past couple of weeks and I can't figure out why. Once in the past week, I was successful but I don't know why that try was different. Very frustrating. It also seems to lock up other sites after that try.

Same problem here, I can't stand it!!! I was trying to see what the prices were and it just froze, I couldn't do anything, made me so mad, had to restart my computer. This has happened at least 6 times!!!!!

Could this also be a glich on the system? I put in our dates to see the cost of moving up from a cat 11 Handicap room to one of the cat 8 handicap rooms, that i had not noticed before.

Each time i go past the select your cruise date screen, it tells me that Opps! that date is no longer avaliable.

Lets hope they get the system fixed soon!

Thank goodness I am not the only one who thought I was having problems with the DCL site. I also have had problems trying to retrieve my reservation information.
I hope the problem will so be fixed.

I have had the same problem and learned after signing on AOL I could not get in the reservation site either. I then brought up Microsoft Internet Explorer and enter the web address. It worked with no problems. Try this, it might work for everybody.

I think that's how I got into the site also a few weeks ago, too. We just got AOL and I think it stinks. We used to have MSN and I think I'm going back.

I don't connect through AOL and am having this problem. It won't let me retrieve my reservation. Anyone who has their ressie directly booked through DCL, please try retrieving it and let me know if you have the same problem.

worked great for me. I have bellsouth.net dsl and it came up with no problem. We had booked direct with dcl.

I have a direct DCL reservation and just brought my info up with no problems. I am not sure, why. Pixie Dust is around me
I have it as a favorite and it goes directly to the reservation page, maybe thats why. Hope you have better luck. I will send my pixie dust your way:>
