Anyone having tech problems with Sunshine Rewards?

Just wondering if anyone else is having a problem. I can sign in and my home page comes up with my name and balance, but for the past few days every time I click on a tab it says I must be a member to access this page. I can't even submit a trouble ticket. Anyone else??????

I also cashed at a few weeks back and haven't received my gc. How long does it usally take?

I haven't had any issues. Did you run any scans to make sure no spyware, etc?

For gift cards, the time is usually 4-6 weeks.

I haven't had any issues. You could try posting a message in the forum if you can't submit a trouble ticket.
