Anyone having problems with Chase dot com?

I got a Disney VISA last week and yesterday I opened a Chase checking and savings account (with my $100 coupon!). The guy at Chase said they were having some maintenance issues with their website, but it should be okay today. Well around 4 p.m. today I tried to get online - wanted to move some $$ around and pay an online bill - but I couldn't! It was still having issues.

After trying to re-set my password, it was asking me to enter my SSN AND my bank account number! Sorry, I felt a little uncomfortable doing that - just a little too personal to risk someone from "hacking" my bank account!!

So I called and after 30 minutes on the line with tech. support, and trying with several "new temp. passwords", it still wouldn't let me on! They apologized but said they were still having some maintenance issues, and I should try back later! Well since they re-set my password - which is only good for a short time - I will have to call their tech. support again to try to get another temp. password. I don't know when to call...

Anybody having these issues getting online access with Chase dot com yesterday or today? This is my first time with this bank and very inconvenient. I guess I'll have to put up with it till I get my $100 reward.... Hope this doesn't happen too often.

YES!!!!! Urgh! I was been trying to get on all day yesterday and today to check balance and pay it off, to no avail.

However, I was just able to get on (about 9pm EST)...so try now!

I just logged on without an issue. I hope it is resolved for you quickly...I hate when my financial websites are having issues.

Haven't been able to get on the website for days, and when I went to login today, it wouldn't recognize my user name and/or password. I went through the re-verification and still no luck. I was finally able to access it late this afternoon and changed my password.

Chase.com has been down with technical issues since early Tuesday. Chase is urging its customers to conduct their business at local bank branches or ATM. Or, they can use the company’s phone service, which also remains unaffected by the crash.

Google "Chase website down" and you will find plenty of info on the problem.

I did have trouble getting on again this morning, but was finally able to download transactions from all of my accounts & schedule 2 payments.

Thanks for the info! I was thinking maybe my computer was infected with a virus and the Chase site was blocking me!

Doubtful - this is not only affecting Disney cardholders, but also millions of everyday bank customers, too.

They did, however, offer an apology...

yep, their website was down, i also panicked after putting my SS# and CC# in and still not being able to log in.

It's all good now though!!!

I couldn't get on last night, this morning it all worked fine. I almost reset my password but decided against it. I too didn't want to give that info when I was sure I had the right password to begin with (which now I know I did).

I finally got online to see my account today - first time since my account was opened 2 days ago! Comforting to know I wasn't the only ones having problems!
