Anyone having problems contacting DU? -Forget it I just heard from them

I have been trying to reach my Agent and another agent at DU since 10:00am yesterday, I have not heard back from anyone, I have 2 reservations with them and I am trying to add on another day to my reservations. Just checking is something going on there, I hope all is well.

Just a heads up - I too thought I was having a similar problem last spring while scheduleing our June trip, however, it turned out the Spam filter in Outlook was tossing all their emails in the trash. I am not sure what caused it but thought I would at least give you the heads up
