Anyone Having Issues Ordering Magic Bands?

I booked our room yesterday and tickets yesterday and there is no option for me to order our magic bands.
I saw someone else had this problem yesterday. Just wondering if this is a glitch on the website or is there something I need to do? I tried calling and all circuits are still busy. I tried chatting and that went nowhere. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Same problem here. I think I will wait a few days until the phones get back to normal(free dining). Looks like we are going to have to call.

I customized and ordered mine yesterday with no problem. I think you need to give it a bit of time
