Anyone have trouble with credit from Quick Rewards?

I got an email from Quick Rewards.
I could get $7.50 if I placed an order with 123 Inkjets.
I needed ink, so I ordered.

There was nothing on the page to send QR proof I completed the transaction.

I decided to email them the proof that I ordered with a copy of the email that stated I'd get $7.50 for ordering.

I got an email back the next day stating if the $7.50 doesn't show up in my account within a day or 2 to email them back.

I emailed back. I was told they would contact 123 Inkjets to have them manually credit the $7.50. Now it's going on a week with nothing still credited.

I hope I get credit for shopping. Usually credits appear on QR really fast. I could have gone with another reward program to order ink.

Has anyone had trouble like this?
 
Still waiting for my 123Inkjet order and the $7.50. Haven't even gotten a response from Quick Rewards inquiring about it.
 
Hi,
I emailed 123inkjets advertiser on Friday a list of every member that is missing the transactions. They promised to get back to me in the beginning of the week. For some reason, a lot of the transactions didn’t track on their end and they will need to manually credit it.
Can you two please email me again at support@quickrewards.net so that I can double check to make sure that your order is on that list. I will take care of your missing transition. If they don’t pay us for it, I will honor the orders myself.

Still no credit. It's been a week since I emailed QR like they told me to remind them it wasn't credited. I've already received my ink last week.

Anyone else actually receive credit for this?

Sheesh, why even bother sending an email to members for $7.50 if you purchase if the company won't credit people who buy? :confused3

Just want to follow-up and let everyone know that we finally got all the missing 123inkjets transactions uploaded. If anyone still didn’t get credited, email us as soon as possible. Most of our offers credit without a problem, but if there is a problem we will make sure that the advertisers manually credit you. Sometimes these advertisers are not as responsive as we wish they were. We try our best to get you the credit ASAP. Let me know if you have any questions.
