Anyone have trouble receiving purchased MagicBands?

Staying at the Swan on my upcoming trip in which I leave in 9 days. Ordered 3 Magic Bands on July 14th. I received the order confirmation but never received the shipping confirmation, and obviously havent received the bands in the mail. I called Disney twice to find out what the issue is. Their response, twice, has been to call back in a few days to see if we have any updates. They said to call back this Friday and if they still dont have an update they will have to "figure out something else". Now its getting pretty close to my trip and it would be nice to have the bands we ordered. Anyone else have this issue?

I had a heck of a time ordering just one band - Nightmare Before Christmas - but it did arrive with the other “regular” bands. It didn’t take any longer than it normally does. We planned this trip pretty quickly so I was skeptical, but it worked out okay. I hope your bands are located; that is so frustrating!

Yes I did

That’s a completely different process than MBs ordered through Resorts. The Disney Store would have to determine how you’d receive MBs or a refund.

I've never had this issue with MBs, but when I ordered a Flower/Garden bag from the shop Disney Parks (before it was integrated fully with shop disney) my order sat unfulfilled...well they had charged my card but the order had not shipped. When I contacted them the second time, they escalated my complaint and the order shipped out within 48 hours.

If they charged your card but haven't shipped the MBs, get on them.
