Anyone have this problem with FP+?

Tried to make FP+ selections, less than 60 days out, staying on site. Tried to book second day & a notification comes up for two members of the party that says they have already used their entitlements. ( there are no FP selected or used)

What is best way forward? Should. I call IT? Do you know the phone number?
Or should I just wait a day or so to see if it fixes itself?

Also, Robo, while I have you, do you know if MK in park guest services is staffed prior to park opening? I have a pre-opening reservation, wanted to know if It was possible to see guest services/if anyone would be working I there (8:00am ress, 9:00 opening time)
 
Just checking ... these people who have used their entitlements do not have AP's, right? Because that could legitimately cause the message you see.

ETA -- I should have said "these people who are getting the error message that they have used their entitlements", that would have been more clear.
