I check the AAA on the AAA web site, APH can be checked on the Loews or Universal site, but APH might not be out for your dates yet ,as you do not say when you are going.
I usually call the hotel reservations and ask for the rates for my dates

I always have trouble cutting and pasting the link because it gets cached. I managed to paste the link to check APH on the first page of my upgrades primer. Check there.

Sometimes you can check AAA rates, sometimes you can't. The first page will give you a ball park of where the AAA rates are falling and if they're available. AAA is about 15% off rack, and goes up on weekends. Sometimes HRH only offers 10% off with AAA.

It is usually found on the first or second page of this thread (Universal Resorts & Hotels). It is just a thread I wrote to spell out what upgrades you are entitled to under the Loews First program. The link for the netbooker site is in the first post. It's tricky to post the link because it gets cached, and you think you're posting the link, but you haven't. I forgot how I managed to do it for the primer, but the link in the primer works, and that's why I sent KLAIT there.

When I check and put in AAA or APH as codes, I get the same price as I originally did. Does that mean there are no discount rates for my weekend in July?

the Netbooker site does not give you any AAA rates, since loews changed the site last year.
some have there rates on here Bubba`s Mom started it, you might see someone has your date on it.

I find it best to call the hotel reservations direct for rates, as if you do find rates you will have to call to book anyway.
