Anyone have the Leapster TV console?

My boys got the Leapster TV console for Christmas and I have to say that we're pretty disappointed in it so far. I don't like the way the stylus works and actually...at the moment, it's not working at all. I just tried calling Leap Frog to see what they can do about it and I just get a recording that says the call can't be completed right now?!

Anyone else have opinions on it? I was so looking forward to this item and I'm kind of bummed...especially for the price.
