Anyone have RCI Experience?

Hi I have leftover points which where banked this year and am afraid ill lose them due to my job and unflexibility to travel before June. I can bank the points with RCI and hold them till 2012 but wanted to know if anyone has had good/bad experiences with the trades. any info would be helpful. I tried to rent and trade but no one responds to me because im new... so maybe this is my only route. Thanks for the help...

I have extensive experience trading, but not using DVC to get into RCI. I'd suggest you consider your options carefully. If you can rent the points or use them for something else, that would be best. IF you decide to deposit with RCI, do so ASAP and I'd suggest only do deposits for a HIGH season 1 or 2 BR (160 or 270) points. If you do so, also decide very quickly how you want to use those points in RCI and put in your request (as flexible as possible) ASAP.
