I swear mine is an idiot or something. I am guessing that whenever you call to ask or make a change they just go call Disney putting you on old for 20 minutes.
Last week I asked my AAA rep a question about prices of different ticket options. I merely asked "How much more is it if I upgrade from 4-day ticket to 6-day ticket". My rep told me it was $50 more per ticket. Um, yeah right
I'm thinking she probably asked about park hopping or something like that which is the only way I would think it would cost about $50 more.
Two days later my rep was out of the office so I called her backup. Her backup said it was only $2 more per ticket... Now that sounds accurate... I upgraded.
Anyhow the other day DH tells me "what are we going to do with 4 pluses?" .. the 6 day ticket have 4 pluses. So, I called my rep and asked what is the 5 day ticket price which only has 3 pluses. She tells me it costs more than what I have now because Disney had to redo a package and couldn't give the magic moments discount, so she's leaving it the way it is. Obviously she is doing something wrong...because I believe it's just the room portion that is discounted thru AAA not the tickets, right? So the prices should concur with what is on the Disney site.
Needless to say I told her nevermind I will keep the 6 day tickets I have.
She sound like a very nice lady but not very knowledgable or is asking the wrong things when she calls Disney. I'm not really that upset since I will probably end up using my 6-day ticket with pluses anyhow... and the fact the actual cost difference between 5 and 6 is really about $1-$2 (not whatever she told me).
