Has anyone else had problems with the disneyworld.com website? I was checking out mousesavers.com and noticed that she had mentioned that AP dates through 4/17 will be available tomorrow.
I went on the website just to have a look around and it has a link to click for passholders to check out any discounts. When you get to the page, it asks you to fill in the passholder number on the bottom right hand corner of the pass and include your zip code. I have tried it (put in all available numbers I could find) and it tells me my pass is not registered in their system.
I want to book a room tomorrow and just want any available information; has anyone else had problems and if so, do you have any suggestions?
Thanks!

Are you sure you are using the right numbers? When I tried mine the first time, that is the error message that you get when you use the wrong numbers. Unfortunately, there is a trick to finding the right numbers. It says to use the numbers on the back bottom right of the card, but use the numbers in the middle. It is three lettters, followed by three numbers, then the date numbers (don't use the slashes) and then the last three numbers. All of those numbers make up your AP number. Try that.
(I hope I described that right, LOL)

Oh, and, last time I checked, the passholder web pages didn't have any information on this code. In fact, there wasn't anything on the pages that was terribly helpful. Most of that info is readily available elsewhere, like in your passholder booklet.

I didn't have trouble with my passholder number, it is all the #'s on the bottom right...actually mine began with 3 letters and then a couple of numbers, and a date and 2 more #'s; my trouble was after I put in the zip code and it wanted the pass type, it wouldn't accept a pass type and when it just tried submit anyway it kept going back to "please select pass type" or something like that. I have tried several times in the past few weeks.
