Hi All,

We're thinking about doing an overnight DL trip within the next month. We've only stayed at the DL Hotel, but the rates within the next month are waaayyy out of our price range (and we're AP & AAA holders). We were quoted $400+ for a Monday night and it wasn't for Memorial Weekend. We really wanted our DD's (ages 2 & 4) to enjoy the nice swimming pool at the DL Hotel, but that's not going to happen. We heard that HoJo has a nice kiddie pool with a "sprayground", but we can't find photos of it anywhere.

If there's anyone that has photos I would love to see them. Also, what do you think is the best rate I can get for a Monday night before school lets out. Their website said $129, but I was hoping to even do a little better than that. Any advice?

TIA! :)

I do. If you go to the top of the forum and look at the sticky threads, you'll see one for FAQs. There is a thread there for hotels with links. I have pics of the HoJo with pics of the kiddie pool there. :)

Thanks!!! I saw the pictures and it looks like our girls will LOVE it!

I would try to call the hotel directly (not the national number - but in house reservations). We were able to get an entertainment book rate (must have the card at check in, but the books are cheap) for $54/night in June. Not sure if these rates are still available, or would be for your date - but it is worth a try.

This late in the game, I'm not sure you'll still get a discount for Hojo's but you could try Moussavers.com They have a link to book a reservation with a discount. I've never seen anything like the $59 dollar rooms that some people seem to find though.

My DD LOVED the Hojo's pool when she was 3. So, even for $130 a night, I think I'd go for it.

We stayed at HOJO in October, having previously stayed at DLH. Although my dd was 6 at the time she had a great time at the kiddie pool, found some other kids to play with. You will enjoy HOJO.

Thanks everyone!

We have an entertainment book so I'm going to see if we can get more of a discount. If not, DH is okay with paying $130. :)
