Anyone have/had Michelle Wenzler as a wedding planner?

I was wondering at what point did you receive your planner? DFTW has sales consultants, sales coordinator, wedding coordinator, and wedding planners. At what stage do you move from one to the other? I hope that makes sense. Thanks!

We received our planner after we had sent our contract back in about a week later!! Ours called us just to touch base and let us know who she was and send us a bunch of info!! HTH!

Thank you.... I ended up having Kathleen Reynolds because we switched to an escape wedding.. but the time I had Michelle was great. She is very good. You are in good hands
