Anyone have both address for Disney outlets

Does anyone have the addresses for the Florida Disney outlets? I've done a search by Siri and on the thread and I can't find the addresses. I know there's a second outlet in Orlando but I'm not sure where that one is either.

I'm at Premier outlets and can't find Disney at this moment.

Says it's located in Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets - I know it was still here during my last trip (May 2015)
