Anyone have any luck booking BBB onboard?

Just wondering if anyone has been able to book BBB while onboard? I'm cc member but I couldn't pay early - by the time I got online to book BBB, nothing good is left. All I can get is 2pm on Castaway Cay day, which I really don't think we'll be able to rush back/shower and get to the BBB in time.

Do you think I should just book the 2pm and then try to change it once we are onboard? I'd rather my dd do it on our at Sea day or Nassau day but neither have anything.

I was able to book something the day that I boarded when we sailed last month. The cast member indicated to me that they always keep a few spots open for people to book once they are on board.

I wouldn't book the 2 pm on your CC day. That would not be any fun to rush back inside for BBB.

I booked my two girls in two separate time slots and after calling a couple times on the cruise to check for cancellations they were able to find a time to get both girls in at the same time.

If booking BBB is anything like booking Palo, it's easier to already have a reservation that can be changed, as opposed to getting a whole new reservation once onboard.

We booked pirate league the night before pirate night and got in no problem even though online had no availability at all.
Not sure if it's harder for the princess makeover.
