Anyone have any info on the planned T-Rex at DD?

We will be at WDW in December and just read about a new restaurant opening sometime this year in Downtown Disney called T-Rex. It sounds like it's going to be very similar to Rainforest, but with a pre-historic theme. Has anyone heard anything more about this in terms of when it'll be open and if ADR can be made for it now?
