I'm wanting to get my kids into some type of summer programs this year. I called the Y and it seems a little expensive and I am wondering which program I should choose. Has anyone every done any of the programs and were not happy with them? They offer swimming lessons, gymnastics, ti-quawn-do (spelling?) and a few others. I'm looking for my 7 year old son and my 4 year old daughter. My other 4 year old is going to a special day camp for autistic kids, and I want the other 2 not to be so bored. Any thoughts?

DD has done both swimming and gymnastics with the YMCA. Since she is under 3 she did the parent/tot lessons with DH. They both really enjoyed it. The lessons were in the kiddie pool so DD could touch. We are going to sign her up again this fall.

She also really liked the toddler gymnastics. We stopped doing them because DD is not quite ready to wait in line and just wanted to run around and do her own thing. Overall I think the program is great and we will be signing her up again after she starts Pre-school. :)
