Anyone have an 02 Solara?

We just bought a 2002 Solara for our son - didn't come with the owner's manual - we have most things figured out, but I cannot get the dome light to come on when we open the door! There's no switch near the light, or part of the switch we use to dim the dash lights. Help!

I don't have a Solara, but my dd got a used Toyota without the owner's manual and she couldn't figure something out (I think it was a light or something similar). By googling we found some kind of Toyota owners forum where these kind of questions were posted and found our answer. I think it was Toyotanation.com.
Hopefully you could get your answer there!
