Anyone have a Triple Stroller???

Some you may know that we just had our 5th child. We now have a 5 yo, 3 yo, 20 month old twins, and an 8 week old. I now have to walk DD to school and home from kindergarten everyday. I had thought that a twin stroller and front pack would be fine, but I know that in about 2 months, Cian will be too heavy for me to keep in the front pack and push the twins. So, I have convinced DH to let me buy a triple stroller. Does anyone here have any opinions of them? We will be using it in the neighborhood only. Any opinion is wanted!!

I only remember snoopy here had a double stroller a few years back, I recall she said she got it in hell. Good luck in your pursuit of a triple.

and she scanned the for sale general ads and was lucky enough to find one.....try multiples on line.....see if that helps...hey had the one that had one behind the other.......it was easy for her to use and turn corners and she did only use it in the city for walks.......

I don't really have any advice on where to get a triple stroller but I was wondering if you should consider getting a quad? With five children so young I have a feeling you might need to let the three yr. old ride some too, plus the twins and the baby. I have seen quad strollers at the mall (not for sale, people pushing them) and I think you might have need of one at times with so many little ones.

My brother and his wife have 6 year-old triplets and had a triple stroller when they were little. One of them would occasionally use it to walk their older son to school about 1/2 mile from their home. It was good for that - but getting it into and out of the car to use other places was quite a chore. It's about the only way to push 3 kids with one adult! I agree - they had great success in finding things through their local "Multiples" club. I think they ended up selling their stroller through the club. (I think they had to order the stroller originally - either on-line or at a store.)

Dan---You are so funny! I have to agree that some strollers (and we have had our fair share of them) are from hell! Do not know why the manufacters do not get a clue!

I think I will check on the multiples websites and see if there are any for sale there and maybe get a few more opinions!

As for the 3 yo in a stroller.....ahh you have not met my 3 yo going on 13 year old. He would not be seen dead in a stroller. He is the one in your neighborhood doing gymnastics OFF his bike! No kidding! As soon as DD-5 learned how to ride her bike, he had to also! Now for the areobatics off the bike--I have X games to thank for that. We still have not made a trip to the ER this summer, oh know I think I just jinxed myself!!!

The MB is a great stroller. I'm a recovering stroller addict and also recommend stroller swap. I've sold and bought a stroller through the girls there. Oh course now that we are thinking about #2 I want that stroller back!

I also agree about your local mom's of multiples club may do sales or swaps of items.

I have no advice on a stroller but I just have to say ... 5 yo, 3 yo, 20 mo triplets, 8 wo ... you are a braver woman than me. I cannot even imagine. Good luck.

a Peg Prego triple I have a home daycare and they are great.
I dont Know if they are availble in the us or not.
They are kind of pricey but work great Im up in the great white north and I need it to get through snow, the tires are great.
If you have any daycare supply stores near you I would check them out or just call a local daycare and ask them where they got theres.
