Anyone have a Test Track License they can scan?

Last time I was at WDW, it was my friend's first trip and we wanted to get him a Test Track License from the photobooth, but the option to print a license was broken. It's especially funny for him because he is in the process of learning to drive as an adult, so I wanted to make him one with his picture for Christmas.

Does anyone have a TT license that they would be willing to scan and share? I can PM you my email address. And you can block out your real photo if you'd like I tried to find one online, but couldn't find one.

Thanks!! I tried a similar google search but, like that one, I didn’t see any licenses (unless I’m missing it, which is possible!).
