Anyone have a problem with the color of their black Uggs this year

I bought black tall classics for my DD from Nordstrom and my family bought be black bailey buttons at a local boutique. Both of them have faded terrbile and they just look crappy, I am very disappointed because it was way more $$ than I ever wanted to spend on boots. I do LOVE wearing them though.
My neighbor was on the bus stop and hers are very dark black so I asked her about them and she go them 2 years ago
Has the quality gotten that much worse? It cannot be coincidence that both mine and my DD in 2 different stlyes from 2 different stores look bad??? Both were sprayed with the Walking Company spray.

what can I do? I know we now have had them for 4 months but they really look bad!!!

Def take the ones back to Nordstrom and see what they think. Maybe they can call uggs customer service and they will know if there has been problems with black uggs. Contacting Nordstrom would be my first step. If you still have the box that would be even better. I keep the boxes to my uggs to store them in.
