Anyone have a Pilates Machine?

And how do you like it. I just got one (from QVC) it has an Aero Pilates machine with rebounder on it (like a tramp you do laying down). I haven't really used it yet as it had to be put in the basement and I have to get a DVD player down there to follow along. Just wondering if anyone has one and if it is all that they say it is?? Thanks.
