Anyone have a photopass card sent to them?

We are preparing for our 3rd WDW trip. We've never received a letter and card from the photopass dept. until this trip. I'm wondering if it's now common practice. More importantly, if I pre-purchase the $99 CD, can I use the card sent to me? I'm pretty sure the answer is yes but just checking.

BTW, if you haven't received one, the envelope it comes in is adorable. There's a monorail carrying the traditional Disney characters.

We received one also for our October trip. I registered it, not sure if we will actually use it.

I got one today for our trip starting 12/13. I tried to order a CD after registering and it said it was $149.95. How do I do the $99 pre-order?

Just start the process over.

You may have to start with a fresh card when you get your first picture taken.

I got one as well for this last trip... it wore out in 4 days. So make sure you pre-reg it or take a picture of the back. If you do that, you can use the photopass mobile version of their website if you have a web enabled phone and check the pictures as you go. You could also add another pass # through that. So if you need to retake one, you know quickly!

I received one when we went on our trip Spring 2008. I think that's when it was first getting started. It was great and we've even used it now at Disneyland.
