It's free for all the basic information like calorie and fitness logging. Plus, almost everything is already entered in their database. You just have to find it the first time.
thedailyplate.com is the diet journal from livestrong.com incase anyone gets confused. Livestrong is the site that supplies it. It's a really helpful site that covers so much more than just cancer related advice. I have found many useful tools so I would recommend checking it out to see if anything would work for you!
