Looking for a good light weight stroller for WDW at the end of Oct. Read good reviews off Amazon and babis-r-us and wanted to know any specific reviews of the stroller being used in WDW. Getting on and off buses mostly ease of use type things. How does it recline, fold up, etc...

Its has a good price for the features. I don't need to drop serious $$ on a stroller that will only get infrequest use after WDW.

Thanks

I was going to buy that stroller last year for my niece.

I decided against it when I noticed that the seat is narrow at the back and then gets wider. I also saw a mother pushing her son into the library and the wheels were all crooked. The son was a lot smaller and younger than my niece.

I ended up spending more money for a Peg Perego P3. It cost just a bit more than a Disney rental and I can use it again this year. Her younger sister can use it next year when I take her to WDW. So it has already paid for itself and I can sell it and get back a good part of the $ I spent on it if I wanted to sell it. I bought mine from www.albeebaby.com

Other people on the DisBoards like the Mac's. You can get deals on them by watching on eBay. I didn't like them as they are just an umbrella stroller that will hold up to 55lbs with a longer handle. They don't come with all the features that the Perego one I bought has.

My daughter bought one for our trip to Disney on Sunday. My grand daughter is 3 1/2. Love the way it folds up, has a carry strap and only weighs 13 lbs. I can post who she likes it when we get back at the end of the month.

I have it. In wasabi :) I love it! No complaints from the little one either.. ;) I do love how easy it is to turn. Its so lightweight. Very easy to fold... I wish I had it when we did disney a few years ago! My son who is 4 has used it from time to time getting to the beach at the lake and its still very easy to push! He's not a small boy! He's 39 pounds and 44". I use it daily when we walk to the bus stop and the baby is in it.. I've used it with him since he was an infant the only thing I hate is I bought so many other crappy strollers before I found this one!

Read the reviews on Amazon and test drive it first at Babies R Us. I had the Combi Cosmo (looks identical, just flare has taller handle) and I used it as my WDW stroller becasue I didn't want to being my Mac Techno on a plane. After much frustration I sold it for $40 at a yard sale and ordered a Mac Volo for travel. It was fine when DD was an infant, once DD got bigger (20+ pounds) it was a pain to push and streer compared to a Mac. Even my Mom offered me $$ while at Disney to get a new stroller!

Other things to consider:
Basket is very small
When folded-up, it would come unsnapped in the cargo hold on the airplane, making it prone to getting damaged
Seat is very narrow
Check the sun canopy to see if they improved its coverage. The one I had was terrible and I had to add an accessory shade.

Loved the Combi Flare. It was nicely padded, easy to fold up and carry and no problem getting it on the buses. My daughter is very happy with it as well as the $75 price.

I don't have this type of combi but the combi i did have i believe i spent over 100$ for and it didn't last a year... by the 3rd plane trip it was pretty trashed, also i am short and i evein had problems steping on the wheels (5 ft tall) and my husband could barely push it (5 9) w/o stepping on the wheels...which is the main reason it got to be in so ruff shape i was pushing it down an incline w/ my daugther in it and almost ended up rolling her into traffic as i twisted my ankel stepping on the wheel and fell down I was far enough from the street to not go into it but if i had been closer we would have fell right into the street. I woulnd't get one again... I LOVE My mclaren i got it on clearance at babies r us for about 90$ for the 180$ model our babies r us had some on clearance again just last week and sometimes you can get ones w/ little stains on them but brand new on ebay for 60 ish bucks, for compact w/ performance my mclaren has now lasted 1.5 years w/ airline trips and outdoor running and daily use w/o a problem and my daughter likes it too.
