Anyone had trouble adding AMA tickets to the app?

I bought 2 tickets from AMA earlier this year, and 2 directly from Disney (long story). I just went to add them into the Disney app for our trip next week, and I was able to add the two Disney tickets no problem, but the app didn't recognize the barcodes from the AMA tickets. I tried typing the numbers in as well and also had no luck. Has anyone else had trouble getting AMA tickets into the app? I want to add MaxPass when we enter the parks on Monday morning, and I'm not crazy about having a turnstile fiasco at the gate either

I talked to AMA who had to call Disney and get back to me - FYI, you an only add the tickets that your AMA vouchers are exchanged for at the turnstiles to the app (i.e., once you've entered the park). Bit of a pain, but it will still work.
