Anyone had this problem?

I am trying to reach my vacation guide to add on more points. I called last thursday and friday of which she was out of the office. I called Saturday and did speak to her to get some questions answered. Saturday afternoon i left a voice mail which she did not return by the end of the day like her message said she would. Monday morning i left another voice mail which has still not been returned. My next call is going to be to a supervisor. Just wanted to make sure that I'm not being unreasonable. I've never had to be so persistent to buy something, usually its the other way around.

From what my guide told me, right before a price increase they are extremely busy. Everyone wants an add-on under the wire.

Try again. If you don't get her ask to speak with another guide. They'll find her fast!
