We have stayed in 6614. Never heard a sound from the theater. We were originally booked in 6606 but changed to 6614 due to worry about theater noise. It's a great location.

We had 6616 and 6618 - never realized until right now that there was anything underneath them let alone the theatre. LOL. Its a great location. We never heard the elevators or the stairwell.
