Anyone had any experience with Serenity Travel?

I just received a voucher in the mail saying we received an 8 night/7 day cruise with either Royal Carribean or Carnival. When I called the 1-800 number they said they want us to drive an hour in the next few days and attend a 90 minute thing. He swore it is not a condo or a timeshare but require we bring picture ID and a credit/debit card. He said it won't leave our hands!

I know these things have reputations for being scams but just wondering if anyone had any experience with this company in particular. I know it seems too good to be true just wanted to make sure.

google 'Serenity Travel scam' and see if any of the details coming up on the various sites match up to any details you have about who contacted you.

wow! Guess I won't be making the trip to Delaware tomorrow. Guess it's true what they say if looks too good to be true it probably is. I never used to fall for tihs stuff I don't know what's up with me lately. Thank goodness we found out now rather than when it's too late
