Ok, so im shamelessly english. And as such, I love beer. BEER!

Anyone got some good nightlife ideas wether its in-disney, or within a reasonable taxi/shuttle ride.

My top 3 at the moment are downtown disney, universal citywalk, and jellyrolls.

Anyone got any other great places to have fun on a night?

You won't go far wrong with the three you've already picked out. Jellyrolls is a top night out. If you like beer, you should check out one of the many Orlando Ale Houses in the area. Loads of cheap beer on tap, and cheap food, too. The Lake Buena Vista location is closest to Disney and is popular with locals, which is a bonus. There are a couple of recent additions to the chain (Kissimmee and the bottom of I-Drive). We drove past the I-Drive one in March and it was hopping. It has an outdoor area, which appeals to me and is a new departure as far as I know.

We're fans of the ESPN Club at the BoardWalk. Great atmosphere if there's a game on (any game ).

The Big River Grill and Brewing Company (also at the BoardWalk) is a micro-brewery. Not my favourite place, but if you're going from the ESPN to Jellyrolls, you'll have to walk right past it, so it's worth stopping for their beer flight.

If you are there during Epcot food and wine (end Sept or Oct) Epcot was very lively at weekend evenings with people 'drinking the world'

Deb the one on I drive was great on the Saturday night we were there in May, it was really busy and we sat outside, mega cheap bear too. (although I must admit I didn't drink beer but vodka which was around $5 a drink but that's pretty good for Orlando)
We have also been to the one in Buena vista but only for food, there is now a new on the 192 up the top end by Orange lake which we also visited (Dh had to go watch the footie payoff there! it was packed by early evening too)

We've had many a good night in Universal, but you need to go at the weekend really as the week can be quite.

Only ever had a night out at Raglan road in Disney, didn't make it any further as everyone was extremely drunk!!

the Celebration Town Tavern seemed to have a nice tavern feel to it when we were there..
we were only there for food and so sat in the back restaurant area, but in the front it seemed pretty lively...the night we were there, a band was playing in the front...

Mmmm might have to check this out in 8 weeks!!

We went to F&W last year for the first time and loved it so we are going back this year. You get mostly Sam Adams stuff and some other german beers as well. Some really nice Wine on offer as well. Bit on the pricey side but we had a good time trying out a few different things.

Some nice beer at paradiso 37 my DH liked. His favourite was one called landshark which is from a fairly local brewery.
