Anyone good with graphics here this morning?

Not sure if I am posting this in the right place, but here goes...

Can anyone take this image:

and remove all the background stuff? ...the black background, the "2", the lettering, leaving just the Skull (and all of its feathers and dangly bits) and Swords logo on a white background?

My DH is trying to design a tattoo, but he needs his design on a plain white background so they can make a template from it.

I had it in my files so it was quick. I guess he probably won't want the disney part on the tattoo.
