Anyone going to GenCon from here by chance?

Me and hubby both will be down in Indy Thur and Fri for this. I wish we could go all four days but we're limited to two days since my folks are watching the kids, and my folks aren't exactly spring chickens anymore.

A friend of mine Denise goes every year she has something to do with awards I think. If you have been in the past her daughters have always done well in the talent comp.

I went last year, and would be there this year, except that there is a Disney trip in the way. It wasn't an easy decision either - but I got outvoted. Next year, Disney trips cannot conflict with my choice of Origins or GenCon.

I have some friends who will be there, and can act as a ninja shopper for me though.

We live about 30 minutes north of Indy and my DH has attended GenCon for several years. He & his friends have even hosted games before. I'm not sure if he is going this year.
