Nov 8th opening of Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights

We will be there Oct 26 - Nov 16. Will be doing Osborne Lights on the 9th.
We were at the Osborne opening last year. If you want to see the ceremony try to get down to where the big tree that changes color is, about mid way down the street and on the right. They do a skit with Mickey and Goofy flipping the switch and also use a kid from the audience to help.
VERY CROWDED. Just like sardines. The crowd thins out after about 45 min. and you can actually walk around. Been there a couple of different years and was glad that it would be going on this year again while we're there.

So Awesome! I went in Dec 2007 & Nov 2008 and the Osborne lights weren't up until late in Nov 08 so I missed them that year... I'm going to be there Nov 6-13, so I can;t wait to see them again glad they're going up earlier now.

It's right after the time change, so it gets darker earlier. I think sunset is around 6:30pm after the time change.

I'm such a planner that I even have the time change factored into our plan (2 time zone changes and the fall time change) .... I think I drive my wife crazy
