Anyone get the Barbie Party Cruise Ship from Target?

We are a little disappointed. Just put together the Barbie Ship today and after getting the stickers on, realized it does not have the lights and sounds ie, disco music, dolphins and ship horn! I thought I scored such a great deal because I found it at Target right before Christmas for 39.99, much less than the 55.00 on up price Amazon was showing. I had no idea there were 2 identical ships and apparently the one Target sells does not have light and sound! Anyone else in the same boat?

I guess I can't take it back cuz we placed the stickers already...

You can still take it back, even with stickers on, as long as you have th original packaging.

I don't know anything about Barbie, but I do know to watch the Fisher Price Little People Target exclusives. Often times the "sets" have less pieces or less technology.

A good example is the Nativity set. The one on Fisher Price has a light up star and about 6 extra action figures than the one Target sold.

When in college, I worked at Best Buy, and we carried Best Buy only TV's--so I always get a little leery when a product is retailer specific.

Your right!! I didn't even notice it said "Only at Target" on the box cuz I was so excited to find it for that price. I even decided to grab it while my DS5 was with me hoping he wouldn't spill the beans (and he didnt). So I didn't want to look at the box too much, just put it in the cart.

The funny thing with Kohl's exclusives, you usually end up getting extra pieces I notice.
