Anyone Get S/D Teacher/Nurse/Gov. Rate Early March??

I've scored this rate the last 3 trips in Nov. 2002, March 2004 and last month, but it seems that it's being offered less often and sometimes for more than the $139 - $149 I'm used to. We're going March 2, - 12, 2006 and before I get my hopes up for a S/D stay then, I'd like to know if this rate was offered for any part of the first 2 weeks of March this year. Anyone?
