On hold. Had an agent but had to be switched to another department because I'm switching from a Bounceback to Free Dining. Oy! Maybe I should have booked Free Dining and canceled Bounceback later.

Yes! Meant my 8th resort change...I got an agent at 6:00...at that early she said no FD offer, so I had her check for standard view availability for savings, while she looked I read where someone got free dining, told her and she checked again...very nice CM...it was there but for BC it only had Free Dining for Pool view or higher...costing us $4600 for five for 6 nights..CR is usually cheapest option for five so checked that and got it for $3800....much much better!

Yes...booked this morning...entire call from being on hold to getting a booking agent to booking took less than 15 minutes!!!!

13 nights at Disney here we come!
