We're headed down in July, but because we've got some extra time on both sides of our stay in WDW, we're driving. :moped: 31 hours of driving time plus all the miscellaneous stops, should make for a long few days! There will be 2 of us actually doing the driving, figuring on 4-6 hour shifts. The craziest part of all of this? Our car doesn't have air conditioning! :furious:

Should be an interesting trip! :rotfl2:

I have driven the 30 + hrs from New brunswick in a car without A/C but in Feb. Good luck you will nead it . Might help if you plan to drive at night as much as you can

We are driving from Cape Breton in August--36 hours or so but we do have air conditioning!! There are four of us, but the kids are older teens so it should be OK. It will be an adventure anyway! :thumbsup2

Have you maybe thought of renting a vehicle that may have unlimited mileage? No air in the summer is going to be very difficult. I even remember being 13 and driving for Wpg to BC then down the coast to DL in July, and it was unbearable as a 13 year old. Can't even imagine it now.

We drove down in June 2003 from PEI. Definitely glad we rented a car with AC. The heat and humidity were brutal. We are driving down again this December. We don't mind the 31 plus hours driving time at all.
