We're looking at renting a house this summer in OC. The house we like so far, internet only pics, shows some sort of buildings parking lot next to it.

Does anyone know what that would be on the corner or 40th and Asbury???

Not sure what is at 40th and Asbury - we've been going down for 5+ years but we stay in the 20's

It's past the basketball/park which is at 34th - maybe an ice cream shoppe?

It looks like it might be a church or small school. It's actually driving me crazy because we've been going down for years. I just can't picture what's there.
