Did you know you can call the toll-free number and ask a Customer Service Representative? To the best of my knowledge, not a lot of people take advantage of the pay-movies on JetBlue, since there are forty or so channels of free DirecTV

You could check at FlyerTalk, there are a few FAs that post there and they would know.
Log onto FlyerTalk and then go to JetBlue.
