Anyone flown Direct Air?

Well the title sums it up......we are flying SW but the Sister in-law hasn't booked her flight yet with her family. I found a great price with Direct Air into Sanford/Orlando and was wondering if anyone has flown with this airline. The only negative I see is mid afternoon flight down, lose park time, and the ability not to use ME.
