Anyone flown direct air lately?

Looking at flying out of niagara falls on direct air.

Has anyone done it lately?

All the reviews I found are all older.

Would love to know this as well. We're thinking of flying Direct Air vs SWA this time. Got a great deal - $79 each way. Need to find out about Sanford Airport, rental cars, etc before we can make a decision, tho....

We flew them last October - Niagara to Myrtle Beach. Overall was fine- 2 hour delay then another hour sitting on the plane while they tried to get all the luggage and golf clubs on......turns out pilot announced all clubs fit but they had to leave behind 7 pieces of luggage......turns out 3 were from our group- did not get them till the next evening- had to go and pick up at airport- they allowed us $25 per bag to get some supplies-we had to pay for them then send in receipts- it took about 3 weeks to get the money back in the mail and $25 is not really enough money to buy pajamas, toothpaste, makeup etc. Because of delay they gave free drinks and snacks on plane-normally have to pay for anything you want. Overall I would fly them again if traveling in the good weather times- I am not going to chance them for our December/January trip to Florida since I have read the biggest problem is if something is delayed- they don't have the extra planes to get you where you need to go and they only have a couple flights a week to Florida. They do charge $25 for your first piece of luggage. Niagara Falls airport was nice- easy to get to and park- and when we went parking was still free- now there is a fee but not as much as Buffalo. They have rows of rocking chairs and kid sized ones too looking out the windows in the airport. Airport only had one very small place to get food and not much there at all. We walked outside to the planes at both airports-never had done that before.
