I've never eaten any of these places, and I want to hear the opinions of others, because if one of these places is really bad, I want to know! :)

We'll be eating some CS places, along with food in our room, but as far as restaurants, we've got:

Plaza
Ohana
Kona Cafe(for breakfast)
Sci Fi or 50's Prime Time (Opinions on both, and which you think we should do)
Y&Y or Tusker House (Same as SciFi/50s)
Le Cellier

Any suggestions of good TS places we missed (that aren't rediculous in pricing. No V&A for us :) )?

Plaza - dh and I both enjoy going here for lunch. It's a good break in the day plus I like their sandwiches and milkshakes.

Ohana - I've never been here for anything but breakfast.

Kona Cafe(for breakfast) - Love Kona for breakfast.

Sci Fi or 50's Prime Time (Opinions on both, and which you think we should do)
We like Sci-Fi for lunch. Good burgers and shakes.

Y&Y or Tusker House (Same as SciFi/50s) We've not been to either but I'm excited about trying out Y&Y in September.

Le Cellier Personally this is overrated in our opinion. I know everyone raves about it but we've had better steak at Jiko and Brown Derby. Last two times (nov and dec 2007) the food just wasn't very good.

Plaza -- A must do for DH and I -- nice change of pace and great sandwiches
Ohana -- We have not done since it changed over to Stitch--we liked it when it was Minnie's Menehue
Kona Cafe(for breakfast) -- have never done
Sci Fi or 50's Prime Time (Opinions on both, and which you think we should do) -- haven't done in years--but the food is better than counter service and the themeing is great[/COLOR]Y&Y or Tusker House (Same as SciFi/50s) -- we are trying Y&Y in September
Le Cellier -- our other MUST DO every trip. We love this place. We don't do the other more expensive steak restaurants as we have great steak restaurants in Chicago. We did not like Brown Derby at all. Between them and Boatwright's--had the worse steaks ever.

Glad to hear you liked the places we're planning on going! As far as Le Cellier, I hear so many mixed reviews, but here's what we figure:
We're not really planning on getting steaks anyways, and it's Canadian, which is Nic and DS's heritage, so we have to give it a try!

Plaza - we try to have lunch here on every trip. It's a great place to relax for awhile after a long morning in the park. There sandwich's are very good.

Ohana - we ate here a few years ago for dinner and did not really care for it. The only meat I really cared for was the turkey. The shrimp and sausage were very bland. I would rather spend my money dining at Boma's.

Kona Cafe - This is our favorite place for breakfast. I've never had anything that I did not like here. The Kona coffee is great also.

Sci Fi / 50's Primetime - We like Sci Fi for lunch and 50's for dinner. Both are fun places to dine.

Y&Y / Tusker House - We dined at Y&Y for lunch this past December and I enjoyed it. My only complaint is that it is expensive for what you get. There are not many items on the menu that you can find at any Chinese restaurant back home.

Le Cellier - We dine here every other trip and have never been disapointed. There steaks are very good and I love the chedder cheese soup and pretzel breadsticks.

Have fun.......

Glad to hear you like most of the stuff!

As far as Ohana, I don't like shrimp, so I don't care if that's good or not. But, as far as the other stuff, it's good to hear what you thought! My uncle loves it there, so it's actually his plan. He's getting everyone together (him, my cousin, my nana and poppop, my dad, etc) for a big family meal.

Plaza - Been there once and we enjoyed it. A very layed back kinda meal. Sandwhiches and burgers, if I remember right. I would go back.

OhanaI have been there for both dinner and breakfast. I enjoyed dinner much more. (not really a breakfast person. Also, we had a new waitress in training who forgot to celebrate my daughters b-day, which was the reason we were there.

Kona Cafe(for breakfast)-Only been here for Dinner...loved the dinner.

Sci Fi or 50's Prime Time I prefer Primetime over SciFi. We have been to Prime Time many times and love the food and atmosphere. We just went to the Sci-Fi for the first time in March '08. My 13 year old loved it. My 11 year old and my husband and myself, feel like OK we have done that, really don't want to go back soon. SciFi Movie Screen was cool, but not hot on the whole experience.

Y&Y or Tusker House (Same as SciFi/50s)Never been to either
Le Cellier We have only gone for lunch a couple of times. Excellent restaurant, well worth it. The Cheese soup is awesome and the bread sticks outstanding. Love the Le Cellier.

Hi there -
the only ones I can comment on are 'Ohana, 50's PT cafe and LeCellier.
'Ohana was fun - the food was ok - the atmosphere was good for kids, and us older kids who like to have fun. If you are going for dinner, and Wishes is scheduled around that time, ask for a window seat facing MK so you can see the show. They pipe in the music and it's magical.
50's PT we always enjoy - but next time we've decided we want to try something different - it's not a MUST do every time for us.
LeCellier is WONDERFUL and is a must do for our next return visit. The cheddar cheese soup, breadsticks, maple glazed filet - yummy! Also, we had a wonder CM waiter the last trip and he made the experience so much better with his excellent recommendations and great attitude.
Enjoy!

Plaza - usually a must do for us. A nice air conditioned break from the hustle of the MK. Great burgers, shakes and sandwiches.

Ohana i have only been for bfast - we are trying dinner this upcoming june trip.

Kona Cafe(for breakfast) - only been for dinner but i think the food there is stellar and so many people love the bfast there it sounds like a winner. We're just usually at the parks for rope drop so it doesn't work in our schedule.

Sci Fi or 50's Prime Time (Opinions on both, and which you think we should do) - i've never done either.. usually get the play and dine bfast or lunch as I have little ones.

Y&Y or Tusker House (Same as SciFi/50s) - Haven't gotten a chance to try Y&Y although it looks great. Tusker House lunch was one of our favorite meals of our whole trip the last time. It's different which is such a nice break. Everything was really fresh and wonderful (only negative is the whole checkin part which is just chaos)

Le Cellier - i think its overrated. If i want steak, I'll wait until i get home to NYC for it. That's not to say it isn't good- i just don't get all the hype.

Plaza
Ohana Nice. You'll probably like it.
Kona Cafe(for breakfast)
Sci Fi or 50's Prime Time (Opinions on both, and which you think we should do) I would not recommend the Sci Fi. I've eaten there twice, and both times we received very poor service, and very poor food. (Limp cold fries, etc.)
Y&Y or Tusker House (Same as SciFi/50s)
Le Cellier Super choice in my opinion.

I've enjoyed myself at Teppan Edo in the World Showcase (Japan) and would recommend it. (A fun place to eat, with good service and good food, especially the filet mignon.)

Never tried the Plaza. Heard it was good

Ohana is a must do for us. kids still love it. We really have a good time here.

Never tried Kona but I am really wanting to.

Never ate at 50's Prime Time but hve been to Sci Fi. Went there instead of 50's because we had no ADR and the place was too full. Sci Fi was not very good. It was not horrible but not good. We will not return.

Have not eaten at any other place you mention except Lecellier. We had a good meal there and would return. I would not go over and above to get an ADR here but I would go back. Good atmosphere and good food. Very good service.
