Anyone familiar with owning.com - a mortgage site

Supposedly they offer 2.99% interest rate with no fees. Has anyone done any business with them or heard anything about them, positive or negative?

For anyone who is interested, we completed our refinance with owning. It truly was no fees and we had no appraisal. Took about 2 weeks from start to finish. No issues, very easy.

We did not get 2.99% because we took a small amount of cash out, but we did get 3.3%.
