Anyone ever won at bingo onboard?

Has any one had luck aboard either ship wining a bingo? What have you won?
I read that the jackpot can be over $3,000. What is the cost?

My dh won on the Magic New Year's cruise. I believe it's $35 to play - he only played the last game (big jackpot winnings) and I missed it as DD and I were sick in the cabin w/the flu.

He won just over $5K - it depends on the cruise, how many people play, how many people win previously, etc. but I think the average win is between $3-$4K

Came back to add that the $35 gives you 4 games in the last set - You play regular bingo, 4 corners or squares, something else and then "full card" bingo for the grand jackpot.

I won $250 last April, I figure I spent about $150 all week, so I made a $100. The lady who won the jackpot, was on line right in front of me oh well, I guess something is better than nothing!

My daughter won a little over a hundred on the Wonder in Sept. I think my sister was more excited than she was!

I've probably played 50 games of Bingo in all, on all our cruises.....

I'VE NEVER WON.....ONE RED CENT.......

Not even a door prize......

Guess I should stop...but it's so fun.....

we bought a card for the last night and we won 165.00.
There were 4 winners in my game.My DH was grumbling about throwing 35.00 out and was extremely closemouthed after.

I won three times on my Wonder cruise, but never more than $100 each time. On our recent Celebrity cruise I split the jackpot of $3000. That was exciting. I seem to be lucky at bingo, in Alaska on RCCL I won $500 in one game. It is fun to play on a cruise!

I won on the ten day cruise and it was a little over $9,000. It was the only time i've ever played and i spent $50 on tickets. The best part was that sicne i was the only one that won i got all the money.

It was beginner's luck.

I won $100 jackpot and as I was getting paid out on it, I got another Bingo that I split for $80 each. It was very exciting!

I like playing bingo but it was SO annoying after awhile....after hearing "corner" and "yea baby" over and over for every game it gets tiring! I would like it if they just played and called the numbers, they really drag it all out.

I won twice in one session. Both times it was a split pot, so I cleared about a $10 profit after subtracting how much the tickets cost. But it sure was fun to be able to yell "Bingo!"

aprilgail.....i agree!!!!! hahahahah (Corner, yeah baby, and "give me an iiiiiiiiii"). Now they have a plastic dog that when you press a button it sings....there was a farmer had a dog and bingo was his name-o...blah blah blah. On the last night of bingo in the theatre...we had the most rowdiest bunch....there was a section full of people that kept singing that song and Que...the caller...had to stop because he was laughing so hard.

and phyliss I never won either as much money as I have put in that darn game....lol.

Never won any money, and we have played a lot. We did win a door prize of a day in the spa. My FIL quickly claimed that!

I didnt get to play while i was on my first cruise on disney. But im looking forward to playing this time on my 14 day cruise. When i went on my last cruise on RC i played and won ($110) but hey its so much fun. Thats why you go on vacation to do things you dont have time to do at home.

I played on the last day of cruise because I didn't want my son to play alone. It was a good choice as I won over $5k. Needless to say I was speechless.

Last April, my then 16 yo DS won the first game of the night for $100.00 - he was shocked! I had to collect the money for him, as he was underage, but he was just thrilled!

My DH won the last day, he had to share with two others. To say the least, I was very happy! Bought lots more pins. My DS (9) went with him to collect, and they pay in cash! DH said DS's eyes got way big! Guess DH will be playing again this time!!
