Anyone ever used shuttle direct?

Hi everyone,

I have recently booked to go to DLP in November and have booked our transfer with shuttle direct. I have since read bad reviews and was hoping someone can advise me of their experiences with them.

I'm afraid I can't help with your shuttle direct question, but hopefully somebody here may be able to give you some feedback on them. If you're not sure about them are you able to cancel your booking with them and use one of the companies that people on here can recommend?
