Anyone ever use peapod.com......

I just used peapod.com to order my groceries online...and I have to say what a great experience to be able to food shop while in my jammies and have the groceries delivered to my door 3 days later 10 minutes after I get home from work.........

And to think that this was the thrill of my day ........to not have to physically go to the market.....and you know what else...by not being tempted by all the other things on the end caps (you know the things that look good and you buy them), well by doing it this way I cut my weekly grocery bill in half.......

I had my Peapod delivery today, too. About every 2 weeks I have a delivery. I love it.

My DW is hooked on Peapod. She pays by credit card (she uses my AMEX (aka American EXCESS) so we get the membership points. She uses some online coupons and also selects delivery times that offer a credit on the final bill. She says she actually saves money by using this... and she can shop in her jammies, too!

You can pay by credit card, check or, debit card. Yes, they take coupons, too. They're credited to your next order.

We use it too...DW loves not having to rush out to the supermarket. When it was just us we could easily go shopping together (even at 9pm when no one was in the store)...now trying to lug 2 kids around at the supermarket when everyone else on the planet is there. Online shopping works.
